This pregnant patient presents with vaginal bleeding in the first trimester. DDX includes ectopic, IUP, threatened/inevitable abortion, along with completed abortion. Patient is HDS and without a history of coagulopathy or infectious symptoms. Doubt alternate acute emergent pathology.
